We continued to call *** Goben and was told to bring it to back to ***************** who than attempted to clear the code. The light continued to remain on the following week.
They diagnosed it as being the converter and proceeded to replace it with an aftermarket part. We abruptly called *** Goben and spoke to the manager who informed us to bring to their shop, *****************. Within a week the check engine light came on in the vehicle. We purchased a 2014 Buick Encore in December of 2021.
